Brightwater Collective consists of a group of 25 strategic business owners and investors looking to act as thought partners for organizations seeking outside guidance on topics outside of raising capital. Our group is equally interested in using our time and connections to help you grow.
We utilize the Praxis Redemptive Framework to put words to our heart to sacrifice, love, and serve.

Group Dynamics
Organization Need
We're looking for for-profit or nonprofit leaders seeking outside counsel on a tangible business model, issue, or opportunity. ​​Brightwater Collective is made up of many "been there, done that" business leaders and investors who are looking to contribute to organization challenges and opportunities outside of raising capital.
Meeting Cadence
Brightwater Collective meets 6-8 times throughout the year and welcomes two organizations in to present to the group per gathering. A normal meeting is in-person in Indianapolis and each organization segment consists of a ~20-minute presentation followed by ~ 20 minutes of Q&A.

To date, we only invite organizations to the group in which the leader(s) have a personal relationship with one or more of the members of Brightwater Collective.
